As a buyer we have received the most terrible services from Proctors on Pickhurst Lane Bromley. They created a lot of tension and stress from buyers. Proctors are an excellent agent. Their experience, knolwedge and professionalism during the sale of my property was outstanding. Unfortunately I'm unable to say anything positive about this company. Although they are not bad, as in malicious, their practice and attitude can be summed up as 'meh'. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
