As a buyer we have received the most terrible services from Proctors on Pickhurst Lane Bromley. They created a lot of tension and stress from buyers. They always play games and wouldnt want to put our offers onto the vendors unless we offered the asking price. We wanted to view the property and they told me that unless we considered offering the asking price otherwise it would waste my time. After they realised that they couldnt get any interests and then they called me and asked me to view the property again. I have reported them to the property ombudsman for not passing my offer onto the vendor. Never ever deal with them again.
