After trying to sell our house with another Agent, and unknowlingly in a long dragged out chain, we were actually getting information from Staff at Proctors, who were, our potential buyers agent, and had nothing to gain financially from us. They were so helpful and straight talking, even before we signed up with them. We wasted at least 6 months with a previous agent, before we pulled out and put our property up for sale with Proctor. They returned every call we made, and kept us informed the whole time. We were out of the Country on completetion of selling and purchaseing and were some funds short, they even offered to put the money up until we came back to England. Adrian, Brenda, Sue and Kandy are I would say in my 60 years the best Estate Agents I have come across, they work as a great team. (hard to find in this day and age). If only others took a leaf out of their book Estate Agents would get much better reviews. Dave and Wendy Bryant.
