I have just sold my property through the Loughton branch before I moved to Spain. I sold by tender which worked very well and got me as much money as possible to start my project in Spain. From start to finish the process was very easy and little hassle only having a couple of open houses which lasted 1 hour on Saturday meant little stress. My experience was fast and very professional and would like to thank. Michelle, Janine and Doug for making the process enjoyable.
