At first I thought that the customer service from this Estate Agent was excellent with them being able to refer me using their solicitors (who are not very customer focused as I have trouble trying to contact them and have therefore terminated them) and their mortgage advisor (who was not highly skilled at all). I put an offer on a property and the initial offer took 4 dyas for any kind of response then I made a counter offer as advised by the sales advisor and only because I was trying to arrange another viewing a day later that my offer was accepted. I did everything in my power to arrange everything (mortgage etc) and after 2.5 weeks the Vendor pulled out. However within 6 days of the vendors pulling out the house was back on the market with the same Estate Agent. I phoned the branch and obviously the branch manager could not pick up the phone and asked the person who picked up if the house is back on the market. They then responded that it was a 'blip' and the house was on the market in error (advertised on rightmove). What a bunch of unprofessional individuals...
