Did not tell properly details about the letting and did not take care about the customer really needed. They hided information about the payments and tried to promisse things that they could not insert in the contract

The worse Lettings Agency I have ever encountered. The "director" is rude and unprofessional. He thinks people have to tolerate with his childish behaviour. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
