PLEASE... PLEASE read the reviews before handling with this company if you are a tenant or a landlord. I ignored all the reviews because we were desperate for a property, however, unprofessional, disrespect, illegal acts, and lack of duty of care. Is just a few words to describe this. They refused to fix a leaky tap which led to BLACK MOULD and DAMP to affect us throughout the property for 4 MONTHS. 4 MONTHS of excuses, 4 MONTHS not being able to find a plumber to come and see the property. However, when our tenancy ended mid-January I send them an email that I would be suing them for failure of duty of care. They replied and FINALLY arranged a plumber to come to the property 5 days before the end of our tenancy. I don't blame the landlord because I have asked multiple times for the details of the landlord throughout my tenancy and the agency has refused to give it to me which is ILLEGAL. I don't believe that the agency is fully transparent with the Landlords because there is no way a Landlord would risk having the interest property damaged because he failed to call a plumber. Therefore any Landlords looking to make business with this company please be aware of the risks and red flags. PAUL OLUBUNMI, the director of this company, keeps replying to all the reviews and giving excuses instead of doing his job and solving problems with the properties. No wonder why your company is going bankrupt soon. Nobody can reply to this and say it is a lie anything I said here because I have the evidence and I will more than happy to post it as well. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
