Azam, Susan and Stephanie have always been extremely helpful in all my dealings with them from day one. They have shown themselves to be genuinely caring and sensitive throughout all transactions, acting always in my best interest. Agent charged us £300 for our referencing fees. They have now withdrawn our tenancy and will not refund. Although clearly in their invoice it states "Fee is refundable if landlord or agent make the decision not to proceed"

Actually our dealing with Greenfields have been twofold - we initially bought our house through them, and a few years later started renting it out with them too.
