Actually our dealing with Greenfields have been twofold - we initially bought our house through them, and a few years later started renting it out with them too. Very happy and particularly on the Landlord side of things, they take the stress out of everything at a rate that comfortably beats anyone else in the area. Highly recommended.

Agent charged us £300 for our referencing fees. They have now withdrawn our tenancy and will not refund. Although clearly in their invoice it states "Fee is refundable if landlord or agent make the decision not to proceed"
