Utterly abhorrent service. The agent made false assurances and then accepted no responsibility or accountability for their own errors. They had us rearrange our day to view a property, despite it not being as early as we would have liked or suitable for our schedules and involved me rearranging my work day which they knew about, and then despite saying they would not do so, they let the property an hour before our viewing and simply said touch luck, try again next time. Whilst I understand the nature of renting on a first come first serve basis, we asked them specifically about doing this and were assured we would be allowed to view before any decisions were made. I am truly annoyed to have wasted time and energy and find that their shoddy customer service, lack of manners and generally unhelpful attitude leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Absolutely do not use these people. Not trustworthy.

We found all the staff to be really helpful, efficient and understanding when our sale and purchase got a bit stressful. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. You sign your contract following all the rules. They ring up and then tell you can not have this you can not have that. How can they tell you what you can and can not have after signing an agreed contact and none of it was stated in the contract beforehand?... Read Full Review
