We found all the staff to be really helpful, efficient and understanding when our sale and purchase got a bit stressful. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. You sign your contract following all the rules. They ring up and then tell you can not have this you can not have that. How can they tell you what you can and can not have after signing an agreed contact and none of it was stated in the contract beforehand?... Read Full Review

Utterly abhorrent service. The agent made false assurances and then accepted no responsibility or accountability for their own errors.
