For short term lettings, where presumably landlords and tenants care as much as the terms and condition of the property, the negotiation for a potential deal should allow for greater flexibility on a relative basis vis-a-vis a long term contract or a sale. Unfortunately, their commission is structure only on financial incentives and these guys don't have a sense on what's right or wrong, fair or unfair, they would simply push to try to get the highest deal.

Awful service, no return Of phone calls for maintenance issues. Also when we moved out very much on landlords side, just about on right side if lease - tried to pilfer every penny from us. Dishonest an misrepresented landlord ' invoices' and tried to deduct false claims from deposit. Really... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
