-----------------------------------------NEVER USE THIS COMPANY-------------------------------------------------- I am currently going through court proceedings with Credence Property Services /Crown property Professionals. Here's some information I have dug up which I hope others might find useful. - We have been told that they "were never paid any deposit by the tenants", which is funny because our receipt for this bears the signature of the current branch manager. That's Shakiru K Branch Manager at Crown Property Professionals. -We are apparently in a dispute over the deposit with the management company 'Premier Property Management'. We have never signed anything which states they are in control of our deposit and they are NOT one of the government approved schemes. - We have apparently been provided with information concerning our deposit - we have no such information. (It's hard to contact a company who have no online presence or contact number, they can apparently be found here though. Rivington house 82 great eastern street london ec2a 3jf) - We keep getting told the situation is with "Heado ffice" which is 'MATRIX COMPANY 1 LIMITED'. This setup is ran out of a flat... FLAT C, 64 BROADFIELD ROAD, LONDON, ENGLAND, SE6 1NG. The director of this fine establishment? Kimberley Grice. I would greatly appreciate a contact number for Premier Property Management or indeed any further information with might be useful. These guys are useless, you can never get hold of them and when you do they never seem to have an answer. -----------------------------------------NEVER USE THIS COMPANY--------------------------------------------------

17 Jun 2016I used to manage that office. I agree that this client and many others have been ripped off. There has been a recent court order to prohibit these people to trade any further.

This estate agent is the worst that I have ever had the misfortune to use. BE VERY CAUTIOUS USING THIS AGENT. MIS-INFORMED AND EFFECTIVELY MIS-SOLD ME A FLAT AND NOW ARE WITHOLDING MY £200 HOLDING DEPOST AND IGNORING MY EMAILS. What agent could do to change your mind?
Should apologise for telling me incorrect information about the flat. I confirmed and reconfirmed this information and it turned out to be totally fabricated by the agent who hadn\'t even asked the landlady for the flat to be unfurnished. Apologise for the inconvenience of having to cancel my moving arrangements last minute. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Refund my £200 deposit which I obviously wouldn\'t have put down in the first place if I was told accurate information regarding a flat being furnished or unfurnished. It is a pretty basic but major factor when choosing a flat and feel I have just been told anything so the agent could get a holding deposit down.

Great Estate agents, rented my property out within 7 days and for a great fee. I have had the first months rent in from the tenant who seems very reliable so far. I will definitely use Credence again ... Read Full Review

This estate agent is pretty good at finding property and the staff will contact you to arrange viewings but are not good landlords. They do not like fixing things and will try to get you to pay for it yourself without re-imbursing you. Some of the rents are steep considering what the property looks ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
