STAY AWAY from this Agency ! We do not recommend this Agency ! You have been WARNED ! Several months after vacating the property we are still waiting for them to refund our deposit back. They even Thanked us for being good tenants ... we promptly paid our bills , no utility bills left to be paid. They deducted unfairly 400 pounds from the original deposit and said that would transfer the remaining amount in a few days... nothing more far from the Truth ! I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO USE THIS AGENCY CAPITAL HOUSE / GOODMAN ESTATE AGENTS
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest .

This guy is a conman. Don't use his agency. In fact, if you look his 'company' up on company house, you won't find it. I don't think he's even licensed to do what he's doing. Will report him for sure. I'm a landlord, he let my property. He's been late ... Read Full Review

I have rented a property through this company last year. Be extremely careful, they are very unprofessional. 2 weeks after the tenancy started we have not received any payments inc. rent and deposit. The agent has been constantly lying to us despite numerous emails and calls to chase up payment. Transferred a holding deposit over to them on a property we wanted to rent, then the landlord decided to take the property off the market to refurbish it, fair enough if a little annoying. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
