This guy is a conman. Don't use his agency. In fact, if you look his 'company' up on company house, you won't find it. I don't think he's even licensed to do what he's doing. Will report him for sure. I'm a landlord, he let my property. He's been late on rent collection on numerous occasions, each time with excuses and promises to pay and not late again. But he did it again and again of course. He still owes me Aug 2017 rent and I have since dealt with tenant directly. Now he's not answer phones or emails. His estate agency office seems to be shut permanently. He's on the run. I will deal with him legally.

I have rented a property through this company last year. Be extremely careful, they are very unprofessional. Transferred a holding deposit over to them on a property we wanted to rent, then the landlord decided to take the property off the market to refurbish it, fair enough if a little annoying. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
