Horrible experience. The so called senior branch manager there did not handle the file up to the standard I would expect from a junior sales representative (not to mention he is the branch manager). The survey we did disclose asbestos on the flat. I made my requirements clear, basically to have a specialist report to show wereabouts of the asbestos and for the owner to remove them or to have reduction in price for us to take the risks. Information provided to me by Cubbit & West keep contradicting itself. Either the owner keep changing his mind or the agent is untruthful. Be careful if you ever dare trying to use them.

I have contacted them three or four times regarding different properties, get the initial call back - they take the details and never bother to schedule an appointment or call back.
