Terrible service. I am waiting 3 months to fix storage heater (it's winter). When I write e mails to them they ignoring me. Contact by phone is terrible as well. Paul is shouting, its hard to say something. NEVER AGAIN. THE WORST AGENT EVER !!!!

I would avoid this company like the plague. Paul will enter your home when you are not there and without your consent. They will send people who are not qualified or trained to fix your broken boiler. You will not get your deposit back even if you've spend a lot of time and money improving ... Read Full Review

There's something just not write with legal property's. I did explain that I had one CCJ, but to other applicants had 0 CCj. We all have good jobs and income, paul knew I would fail and he pocketed that money. Any other decent agencies would say keep your money. I think its a scam from ... Read Full Review
