There's something just not write with legal property's. I did explain that I had one CCJ, but to other applicants had 0 CCj. We all have good jobs and income, paul knew I would fail and he pocketed that money. Any other decent agencies would say keep your money. I think its a scam from him personally. He Knew that I would fail and pocket that money. How many times has he done this? He knows who he already has for the property. I hope trading standards see this and carry out an audit. So please be careful, choose decent estate agencies.

I would avoid this company like the plague. Paul will enter your home when you are not there and without your consent. They will send people who are not qualified or trained to fix your broken boiler. You will not get your deposit back even if you've spend a lot of time and money improving ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
