Sold the property in 4 days. Warren worked very hard sorting out what was a difficult experience with solicitors on both sides. They kept me informed and chased buyers/solicitors etc. daily. Always had a friendly and professional manner. I would definitely use them again. Only negative. I would not use their panel of solicitors again. Expensive and inefficient.
