Good initial impression but then they very quickly wash their hands of any problems with the landlord. In a reply on Google reviews they say they are not paid to manage the property, which is pathetic, they sell it to the tenant but then assume no responsibility if the property is unsafe or if disputes arise with the landlord. In my case and before issues developed with the landlord they even used me as a selling point to new tenants, as I turned the garden from basically a bomb crater to a very nice garden with a lawn that I paid for myself, lots of tidying up of a mountain of rubbish down the side of the house and implementation of a cleaning rota, amongst lots of other things.....and now it's like they don't know me.You should be ashamed of yourselves. Avoid these guys and avoid the 167 Kings Road KT2 5JF.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
