I have had the worst experience with Giraffe Lets. My partner and I thought we had found a perfect place to move into. Good initial impression but then they very quickly wash their hands of any problems with the landlord. In a reply on Google reviews they say they are not paid to manage the property, which is pathetic, they sell it to the tenant but then assume no responsibility if the property is unsafe or if ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
