I found Tylers to be incredibly friendly and helpful when renting my current property. Chloe met me at the property and answered any questions that I had in a friendly and open manner, and when I subsequently registered my interest, the application was taken forward quickly and efficiently. On moving in day Chloe was unavailable, however she made sure that I knew the name of her colleague who was going to meet me at the property, and her colleague Bronte was equally friendly and efficient. Chloe has since followed up with me to check that I am settling in okay, and whether I have had any problems. Compared to previous agents I have used Tylers are by far the best. I would recommend them.

this whole company is a sham, please beware you WILL be conned out of money even if you leave a property cleaner and in better condition than when you first move in. they also make up fees as they go along. there are much better letting agencies out there so please steer clear of this one. you have ... What agent could do to change your mind?
never actually met them as they never bothered to appear

they add fees on at the end so they dont have to give you a deposit back without any prior notice and charge a check out fee!!!

In their regular inspections, they changed the double glaze windows in kitchen just for small tarnished inside gap.
