this whole company is a sham, please beware you WILL be conned out of money even if you leave a property cleaner and in better condition than when you first move in. they also make up fees as they go along. there are much better letting agencies out there so please steer clear of this one. you have ... never actually met them as they never bothered to appear

they add fees on at the end so they dont have to give you a deposit back without any prior notice and charge a check out fee!!!

On the exterior they act very helpful but when it comes to wanting to rent property, they are deliberately awkward. If you have dealings with them, try to avoid talking to any of the 'Directors'. What agent could do to change your mind?
They shouldn\'t have judged my circumstances and acting like they were better then me. I am a hard working individual. In this recession it\'s hard to make ends meet - the last thing you need is snooty letting agents talking down at you.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
