On the surface all seemed fairly efficient with this company and I eventually paid my deposit after getting assurances that several jobs on the property were completed. As I needed to move in quickly I agreed that the work could be done after I'd moved in. Job list was simple: 1 x set of blinds, toilet seat replaced and washing machine fitted. It soon transpired that the only thing this agent treats with ANY urgency is the collection of money! As I moved in during the Winter period I obviously required to heat the property - cue problem number 1! I spent a whole month with NO heating / hot water during a bitter winter, complete with frost / snow. It took in excess of 5 weeks to remedy this, . Meanwhile I ended up with a serious chest infection and subsequently was admitted to hospital . Then onto the next issues - the blinds / toilet seat were never replaced and I had to do so at my own expense; despite repeated requests for this to be addressed. Once out of hospital, I moved in the rest of my furniture and TV etc. Next issue - NO TV signal! Despite paying in full for my TV licence, I then waited for - and wait for this one! - 3 months to finally get a new connection installed ..... All this crowd are good for is money collection, they really don't know the meaning of the words "customer service" and I would genuinely recommend that tenants avoid them; the choice is yours...Should you choose to use them, then I STRONGLY advice that you get everything in writing or, better still, if there are jobs that need doing, don't put down a deposit or sign anything until the work is complete. It also took over 4 weeks to get the washing machine plumbed in
