I have lived in his house. The owner of agency behaves very rude and has no respect to people. He charges 70 pounds for Tenancy Agreement. The house I lived, 7 people share the same kitchen. Just one tiny refrigerator (which is always full), and a rusty rotten toilet which is shared by everyone (There is one more tiny toilet, but nobody uses it as it is very dirty and the door is split so you can see when people are inside). There are 2 studio flats in the same house and the washing machine in the house is shared by them as well which makes it 10 people vs 1 washing machine. The paint from kitchen walls are peeling off. The roof always leaks in the kitchen when it rains (who knows when it's going to collapse). The microwave is so rusty on the inside so the plate won't rotate, and also you can see sparks coming from inside when you operate it. Food never gets hot in it. Whenever you go and complain these to the landlord, he somehow puts it on your head and wants to make money out of us. Recently the house was full of snails. You could see them everywhere, in the kitchen in the toilet and even in the kitchen shelf. sometimes when you take a spoon out, you find a snail sitting on it. The kitchen and utility room floor is very dirty and needs replacing You complain this to the landlord, he will blame it on us for not "maintaining" his precious house. Also, there is no cleaner for the house. We have to clean it every week or the landlord will come and behave very rude and threatens that he'll call some professional cleaner and put the huge bills on us. His houses are unlivable.. It's very hard to get the caution deposit back from him. My advice : AVOID.

24 Jun 2018My experience has been very different from the gentleman above. I can only assume things have changed. In January 2018 I moved into a lovely clean flat in central Reading owned by Eurolink. Yes the landlords are very thorough on moving in. But they allowed me 48 hours to go over the property with a fine toothcomb and report any issues that were not covered in the inventory. Always very polite and reasonable in dealing with and issues (which were very few). And also quick to respond to my emails. All in all a delightful stay in a lovely property and I was sad my circumstances changed and I had to move away!

I don't know why the reviews here are so bad. I've rented in Reading for a few years with a few other agents. It's nice with Euro-Link because you're dealing with the actual landlord. The property was small but clean and tidy on arrival (1bedroom flat). I've been... Read Full Review

Problems from the start of the tendency. Rooms were messy and in an unlivable state even though it was promised to us that it would be cleaned professionally. We had to paint the rooms out of our own pocket. The cleaner they hired were just an average cheap cleaner as opposed to their... Read Full Review

I strongly advise to never rent or let with Euro-Link! I am normally a person with a calm temperament who will easily forgive simple mistakes and maybe even the odd rude comment, but never before have I had to deal with such a level of bad service as that I've seen at Euro-Link! It amazes me... Read Full Review

Very disappointing. Do not rent a property with Euro-Link. After being messed around from move in to completion and having rented with many different agencies these people are by far the worst. Their staff are incompetent and we found ourselves having to phone them daily just to badger... Read Full Review
