I've been renting with Euro Link for the past year (2018-19) and a few months. They're quite transparent with their fees, I rented before the new law removing agency fee, but nothing was hidden. If you have any problems they handle it immediately. The landlord can always be reached by text message in case of emergencies. Otherwise, any issue can be formally dealt with if you call/email the office. Their office is quite close to their properties too. I needed a new microwave, they offered to replace it, no questions asked. The roof was leaky when it rained, they found a solution immediately.
I had to end my tenancy early due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating. They have a recommended professional cleaner who will guarantee your deposit back once he has cleaned the property before check out.
I'd recommend them.

I have lived in his house. The owner of agency behaves very rude and has no respect to people. He charges 70 pounds for Tenancy Agreement. The house I lived, 7 people share the same kitchen. Just one tiny refrigerator (which is always full), and a rusty rotten toilet which is shared by everyone (There is one more tiny toilet, but nobody uses it as it is very dirty and the door is split so you can see when people are inside). There are 2 studio flats in the same house and the washing machine in the house is shared by them as well which makes it 10 people vs 1 washing machine. The paint from kitchen walls are peeling off. The roof always leaks in the kitchen when it rains (who knows when it's going to collapse). The microwave is so rusty on the inside so the plate won't rotate, and also you can see sparks coming from inside when you operate it. Food never gets hot in it. Whenever you go and complain these to the landlord, he somehow puts it on your head and wants to make money out of us. Recently the house was full of snails. You could see them everywhere, in the kitchen in the toilet and even in the kitchen shelf. sometimes when you take a spoon out, you find a snail sitting on it. The kitchen and utility room floor is very dirty and needs replacing You complain this to the landlord, he will blame it on us for not "maintaining" his precious house. Also, there is no cleaner for the house. We have to clean it every week or the landlord will come and behave very rude and threatens that he'll call some professional cleaner and put the huge bills on us. His houses are unlivable.. It's very hard to get the caution deposit back from him. My advice : AVOID.

Problems from the start of the tendency.
Rooms were messy and in an unlivable state even though it was promised to us that it would be cleaned professionally. We had to paint the rooms out of our own pocket. The cleaner they hired were just an average cheap cleaner as opposed to their 'professional cleaners' they were said to hire.
Eurolink basically 'lied' about their issue with the landlord. This particular landlord had major problems regarding his mortgage which resulted to house being repossessed. We have found out from reliable sources that this had happened to landlord several times on multiple properties (also with eurolink). When we asked eurolink about this matter, they deny any knowledge of this. They have also said that they will no longer do business with this landlord but when we visited eurolink's website two months on, we still find property of this landlord advertised on their website.
The staff at eurolink reading were very rude and unprofessional in several occasions. Excuse like 'I didn't get the memo' were commonly used and inspections have been missed by staff. For the inspections that they did decide to turn up to, they just poked their head round the front room and left. Repairs took forever so we had to contact the landlord directly.
In conclusion, this agency is very poor and should be well avoided

It amazes me that such a company manages to gain new clients each year, I can now see the only reason is because people do not know what they are letting themselves in for!
I warn you not to make the same mistake I did!

Very disappointing.
Do not rent a property with Euro-Link.
After being messed around from move in to completion and having rented with many different agencies these people are by far the worst.
Their staff are incompetent and we found ourselves having to phone them daily just to badger them and push them to complete even a simple task. We had faulty white goods - these were replaced by more faulty white goods after a month - four months later and on move out we still did not have anything that worked - after spending hours on the phone to these people.
They also find bogus charges on move out that clearly are unfounded.
My advice - landlords: find another agency. Tenants: stay well clear, find another property.
I would recommend to all my friends, colleagues and family to stay clear of these people.
