Warwicks provide a very poor service. They are slow at getting prospective tenants through the door and their response time to communication is very slow. Sometimes taking 24 - 48 hours to respond to repeated emails / phone messages. Warwicks confirmed a client offer which I agreed to but later that day had a competing but higher bid. I stuck by Warwicks in order to do the right thing by the tenant. The Warwicks tenant disappeared and Warwicks did nothing to help. I also lost the higher offer as a result of Warwicks delay in confirming the deposit. I would never use them again or recommend them.

This is a terrible company, I would not advise it to anyone. Multiple occasions where something was broken they took multiple months to call someone in and the person that came was never to help but to tell lies. This conpany are liars. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
