I called up the department and spoke to the management team, I spoke to a gentleman who had the worst customer service, his attitude stunk! I was querying about a Block and he told me in such an aggressive way that I had the wrong number then just ended the phone.

Warwicks provide a very poor service. They are slow at getting prospective tenants through the door and their response time to communication is very slow. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
