I have found the overall customer service that I have received from Richard to be of a very high standard. Richard has been extremely helpful, commutative, knowledgeable and professional,, providing me with sound advice during completion of my recent house rental experience, as I have moderate experience in renting my property, even though I am now in direct communication with the owner mike Molloy it is reassuring to know that I can ring or email Richard with any queries and he will get straight back to me ASAP.

Tenants, for the genuine reviews, please check their TrustPilot (Martin & Co (UK) Ltd Reviews) and the reviews of the Tonbridge's one, please check their Google review, but only in 2022 and before, the rest are just faake reviews from horriiible maniiipulative "landlords"... Read Full Review

This is a warning to anyone who is thinking of using this company as a TENANT. They will keep a substantial amount of your deposit whatever you do when you leave a property. This agent is extremely rude and domineering, my contract was for 12 months with a break clause after 6 months, the notice period was 2 months, I asked to have the notice period changed to 1 month after I had been in the property for 6 months and she said " it's 2 months BY LAW " I found...
