Dear All, Please take time to read this post. I was a tenant of this company. They were very nice with me at first saying how easy it is to rent a property and the have no hidden charges and the rent is low in the area. A LOAD OF BULLSHIT!!!! I was paying my rent and everything on time, suddenly we had a few maintenance issues with property, but they kept saying how someone would come and deal with the maintenance issues on numerous occasions. But no one did anything for 2 months with had no hot water and we had severe leaks in the property and still nothing was done. So we stop paying our rent on time, because we had to pay for materials and things to resolve the solution. They then threatened us, that they would come and throw us out of the property and we even explained the reasons and about the unfair, ill treatment we was going through. They still didn't care and started charges us crazy surcharges for the late rent payment. Then one day we were out and they threw our belongings out and didn't even inform us and told us someone else was going to rent the flat. This has left big scars and remarks over our experience and has even put UK to shame. This will never allow us to rent a flat from a small company. Please people don't be so silly to put yourself in a vulnerable position where this company peels you apart and robs you to your last penny.

Giuseppe Ventura is lying and cheating man. He has not paid a lot of my money he is very unreliable and untrust able. What agent could do to change your mind?
What could the agent have done to change my mind? Be respectful of both my time and money. I\'ve had to move out because of circumstances outside of my power, took very good care of the property and could have looked for another room within their database, but chose not to because of the appalling attitude! Now I\'m experiencing myself their greed for any profit off my back. I hope my reviews helps other tenants wake up and not rely on their awful service and immense lack of effort to give a basic, reliable customer service.

they never rent paid on time, owe me a substantial amount of money and I am currently taking them to court to recover it.
