Giuseppe Ventura is lying and cheating man. He has not paid a lot of my money he is very unreliable and untrust able. Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. These are by far the worst agents I have ever dealt with. Dear All, Please take time to read this post. I was a tenant of this company. LANDLORDS and TENANTS BEWARE!! Apparently they pay all the bills, but WE RECEIVED LETTERS WARNING OUR SUPPLY WILL BE CUT OFF IF THE (AGENCY) CONTACT DOESN'T PAY. What landlord wants to risk that?!!? What agent could do to change your mind?
What could the agent have done to change my mind? Be respectful of both my time and money. I\'ve had to move out because of circumstances outside of my power, took very good care of the property and could have looked for another room within their database, but chose not to because of the appalling attitude! Now I\'m experiencing myself their greed for any profit off my back. I hope my reviews helps other tenants wake up and not rely on their awful service and immense lack of effort to give a basic, reliable customer service.

they never rent paid on time, owe me a substantial amount of money and I am currently taking them to court to recover it.
