She was very rude talking to me like i was 5! I know this is a small branch but they act like they are so big and they can talk to people like crap. I asked for confirmation since Thursday for a visit which was arranged for tomorrow and she sniggers at me (like i'm stupid for asking) and tells me a letter was sent out and i should wait instead of just informing me. I have decorators coming round and due to previous bad experience i asked for an email or letter to confirm they would take responsibility if in the unfortunate case any damage was done and she laughs at me and tells me that is a ridiculous request and they would not do it. After being a tenant for over 2 years i would expect some respect and peace of mind. I have never been dealt like this by any landlord or agent in my life and i will take it further.

12 Feb 2019I have received the worst customer service from this agent. I found the woman on the phone rude and patronising. I will never use them again.
