My husband and I have rented accommodation from Thomas charles for the last 2 1/2 years. In my opinion they are one of the best agents in Bedford (I have tried 2 others). She was very rude talking to me like i was 5! I know this is a small branch but they act like they are so big and they can talk to people like crap. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
