Avoid like the plague. Simple questions during viewings such as "How much is council tax?" get a confused response as if you've just asked them what the meaning of life is. After putting our holding deposit down and offer, despite being told we would know within the hour, we had to wait 3 days. During these three days we are pretty sure they were showing others the flat to see if they could get a better offer. We later heard back that the offer had been accepted, only to hear a few hours later that they decided to reject the offer. I'm still yet to receive my holding deposit. We now get an email from Greenacre, saying we were discourteous and that *we* wasted their time. Other emails include "Stay at home with Mummy and keep sucking your thumb." A shambles of an estate agents and I just hope no one else has to deal with them in the future.

Landlords beware! One star because you cannot give zero! Do not let your property through Greenacre! They did not carry out checks, allowed our entire property to be rented out to 3rd parties by our tenants through airBnB (despite the contract prohibiting this) & did not conduct a check out ... Nice enough property but Greenacre Property Management are sharks of the first order - don't expect to get your deposit back, no matter how spotless you leave the property. Greenacre have managed 3 of my properties over the last 5 years or so. They are the most professional agents I have ever dealt with and they sort out any problems very quickly and efficiently.
