Landlords beware! One star because you cannot give zero! Do not let your property through Greenacre! They did not carry out checks, allowed our entire property to be rented out to 3rd parties by our tenants through airBnB (despite the contract prohibiting this) & did not conduct a check out ... Nice enough property but Greenacre Property Management are sharks of the first order - don't expect to get your deposit back, no matter how spotless you leave the property. Greenacre have managed 3 of my properties over the last 5 years or so. They are the most professional agents I have ever dealt with and they sort out any problems very quickly and efficiently. Upon arriving at the property some time after the previous tenants had left we found the property in a pitiful state. Fix our problems, which verged on dangerous. Don\'t arbitrarily charge us.
