I would rather be homeless than rent from them again. I quickly learnt not to believe anything that was said by them as it never turned out to be true. Things weren't fixed and the property was in an appalling condition. It was very much a case of working for the landlord rather than having any concern for the tenant.

Terrible. We set up a viewing for a flat, only to have it cancelled. We rescheduled. This morning (day of planned viewing) I emailed to check it was all going ahead.
