Terrible. We set up a viewing for a flat, only to have it cancelled. We rescheduled. This morning (day of planned viewing) I emailed to check it was all going ahead. I am sorry but I have to cancel we have had offers from yesterday morning – if it does not work out I will call you. I am so sorry but there are so many people going for one flat.
So this was decided yesterday morning and yet they other bothered to let us know over 24 hours later when I checked with them - less than an hour before the due appointment. We also both had taken time out of work to attend the viewing . Avoid like the plague. Women’s name was Andrea by the way.

I would rather be homeless than rent from them again. I quickly learnt not to believe anything that was said by them as it never turned out to be true. Things weren't fixed and the property was in an appalling condition. It was very much a case of working for the landlord rather than having any... Read Full Review

It was very much a case of working for the landlord rather than having any concern for the tenant.
