Haart are a joke. I had to type Prospective Customer because I am unable to select Employee. I worked as a manager for Haart for a few months before quitting as soon as my pay arrived in my bank account. They rip customers off with their fees charging fees on a sliding scale. What they do is over value a property to win the business. Lets say they tell the owner the house is worth

8 Aug 2008I have tried to leave comments on this site but have been censored. I have full documentary evidence for all information but it seems that haart have an input over what is allowed on this site - hardley fair!

9 Aug 2008Dear Percy33, I tried to send you an email but it bounced back. So here is my explanation: Our server crashed on the 30th July and the site was down for 4 days. Unfortunately we lost all live data and some backups as well. The latest backup that survived the crash is from 17th July so when we managed to put the site back on, we had to upload the old data. All reviews and comments submitted between 17th July and 3rd August are lost forever, I'm affraid. I am really sorry for the inconvinience, but if you don't mind, will you post your review again please? Thank you.

21 Jan 2010I do believe this is sour grapes. Obviously he/she did not pass the intial training period with haart--Which is basic estate agency. Stayed in estate agency for what seems like three months(Trial Period?) and obviously FAILED!!! --Not quit to go back to a normal working office environmen!!. This really does smack of someone who does not have what it takes to do one of the toughest jobs in the UK. "Quit as soon as pay arrived?" suggests they dont pay monthly?? Odd? Must have been FIRED 1st month for being completely and utterly useless at the job--there can be no other reason. A grade one muppet indeed- who has to blame all and sundry for his/her failings in being a complete dullard? Well lets face it,it could,nt be their own fault for being incompetent could it?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
