I pleading with him to fix the issue. And after lots of lies it became worse and worse. i now have a lawsuit against me from the tennet since a bit of the ceiling and wall has 'hit' the main names tennet wife and child. Terrible service just brought me trouble. All the floor and walls are soaked ... i now have serious dry rot and wet rot issues in property.. Dont go near these idiots. I NEVER got any rent for years, just promises. Been living just above the proverty line for years waiting for these promised rent to come through. Would have been just as well off claiming bankruptcy and claiming off the dole queue. I do not exaggerate.! Malcolm Gold is swanning around now driving his nice car via not doing proper work to his property just taking under hand deals ( a cut here a cut there ) and the rest of the personnel could care less, as long as they take home their weekly wages. Most personnel are the same as before malcolm gold left. so don't believe the so called story that it has all turned around or my wife has survey all other agencies and this came up the best..It is bullshit.!!. . Alot of Other landlords considered lyncing the ex hairdresser turned estate agent malcolm gold and his workers. ( his lack of education has left him with no morals ) i hope he chokes off the cheese that comes out of his mouth. Or perhaps has an accident in his expensive car... Meet this guy and remember it was made off dodggy dealings. The guy lacks any good morals, has made dirty money from bad underhand deals and does not give a sod how the well the properties are being run.( Perhaps a proper education would have helped ??) Just keep running down the properties , i know will get in Housing benefit tennets in.. the story get worse and worse Drilling through drain pipes, holes in roof causing damp ( no repair ), guttering never fixed more water coming in, damp issues, leaking taps never resolved for years until your tennets don't pay u any rent. Other tennets have told me how runned down the properties are. Completely unmaintained property, it is a wonder that tennets in the property did not get serious hurt from something stupid that they had done..
