Absolutely CRAP company!!! I was strung along for 3 months ,after paying admin fees! Rung then TIME and TIME again for move in date! Never got one! Malcolm Gold didn't answer my calls, as they over took on too many properties. It was a real shame that work hadn't been done like they said they would do. In fact that it was non existent, leaving my tenants with leaking roofs, leaking windows, guttering with drill holes through it. Worst and ... Read Full Review

As soon as they have you in a contract, they aren't interested. They mess you about when things need fixing. Their 'emergency' number goes to an answer machine.
