I rented a property with these and at first things were great all repairs that needed doing were listed and promise of them being fixed was there when I moved in . I'm on benefits so was paid fortnightly to which I took every 2 wks to the office but my benefits and rent due date overlapped , countless calls from them to me with the threat of being kicked out ( even though for 10 days of the month I was in credit) if all rent wasn't paid on date due , so with my parents help I managed this. When this rent thing was sorted SILENCE , I have called and reported repaires that are needed in the house 12 times had 2 visits but still no one is repairing ! It's all about the money no one bothers with repairs so half of them you end up trying to fix urself which shouldn't be the case
