I have just moved into a property and the service I received was awful. I found the property I wished to view and was told it wasn't ready and they would tell me when it would be ready. I then saw it advertised in my local paper so called again and eventually got a viewing. I met with the owner of the business (apparently) on the viewing who knew nothing about the next stage for us. After paying a deposit it took ages for them to contact my referees. The day we collected keys they didnt seem to know what paperwork we had received or what money was due that day. I wonder how the management will be!
What agent could do to change your mind?
All staff fully trained including the owner More efficient with paperwork and calling people back

In general not a great experience with this agent. Issues with other tenants in the same complex were not addressed on an individual basis but rather with general edicts to all - rather like being back at school. On vacating early and giving them effectively 2 free weeks to conduct viewings... Read Full Review
