In general not a great experience with this agent. Issues with other tenants in the same complex were not addressed on an individual basis but rather with general edicts to all - rather like being back at school. On vacating early and giving them effectively 2 free weeks to conduct viewings they are now trying to pass on costs for light cleaning to me! So this will end up with dispute and delay with the TDS in getting my deposit back, but they are not going to get way with making me pay for them bringing the world and his wife into a property that I left clean and making it dirty again.

I have just moved into a property and the service I received was awful. I found the property I wished to view and was told it wasn't ready and they would tell me when it would be ready. What agent could do to change your mind?
All staff fully trained including the owner More efficient with paperwork and calling people back
