Having used the national estate agents in Thetford with very poor communcication and no desired result we decided to use Chilterns for their local knowledge of the market. This proved to be the answer we were looking for with the desired outcome within a few short time frame. Even though our sale price was less than the national average, we were still made to feel as though Chilterns valued our custom and respected our wishes. The key issue was communication. Chilterns were excellent all others were very poor. Many thanks Andy and team.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
