Having used the national estate agents in Thetford with very poor communcication and no desired result we decided to use Chilterns for their local knowledge of the market. This proved to be the answer we were looking for with the desired outcome within a few short time frame. Even though our sale price was less than the national average, we were still made to feel as though Chilterns valued our custom and respected our wishes. The key issue was communication. Chilterns were excellent all others were very poor. Many thanks Andy and team.

Awful company, very forceful, liars and awful attitudes. Told lies to first time homeless buyers, that a property with tenants was proceedable and it isn't. Higher than some but so worth it, the extra I got in the selling price achieved more than paid this.
