Having let my property with Guy Salmon and had an absolute disaster... The concierge put me in touch with Tom at Claytons. He helped me to find new tenants and even offered free rent guarantee so I don't ever get burned again! Excellent experience and can't thank Tom enough. Happy to leave feedback as asked. Jim.

Before working with this agent make sure they are ARLA, RLA or TPOS registered and check their deposits are held with a custodial service (DPS, not TDS or MyDeposits). Please do not use this agency. He will take your holding deposit ,request your deposit and months rent and he has not even secured the property ,he then recused to give you the deposit back. I nearly ended up homeless because of him. He is totally dishonest and I am currently pursuing with the ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
When the agent took my deposit he said he had secured the property,after my daughter spoke with the Property MNagement Company 2 days later they advised the offer had not been agreed.When I requested my deposit back the agent became abusive and claimed I could not have it back . Certainly not an honest Agency and I will continue to make sure I pursue the return of my money via Legal channels and warn everyone I know to spread th word not to use this agent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
