I honestly don't know where to start with how awful this company were. A list will be the most effective: - We were lied to about which items of furniture would remain in the flat and only found out the truth once we had signed the lease and started moving in. - The flat was dirty and several items of furniture were broken although we know for a fact that the previous tenants had their deposit withheld in order to pay for cleaning and repairs. - Part of our deposit was withheld to repair items we had reported as being already broken. Despite trying our best we've now given in trying to recover this. -The staff were generally rude and disinterested, blaming absolutely everything on the tenant, as described in some of the other reviews above. -Several visits were made to the property without consulting us while we were at work. After causing a fuss about this we were made to feel that we were being awkward. We were then alerted to a further unannounced visit by a neighbour, even after having quoted legislation to them on it. The office then lied in order to try to get out of it rather than apologise. -When a power failure resulted in land being dug up outside the property to locate the fault, they were absolutely no help whatsoever, firmly reminding us that if it is an issue with electrical supply then it is "your problem". I honestly, and I have racked my brains for 2 years on this, have absolutely no idea how they can justify any charge to either tenant or landlord whatsoever. I urge people not to deal with this company in the strongest possible terms.
