Forbes and Sawyer Hither Green provided a very bad service for which I feel compelled to warn others of. They made us lose a large chunk of money and caused us lots of stress. We have also bumped into other local people in Hither Green who have also have bad experiences with Forbes and Sawyer.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate, return calls, sell property!

Forbes and Sawyer have consistently refused to communicate in writing, around important issues such as tenancy renewal or house inspections. - Written communication - Carry out their terms of the contract - Transparency over fees

Tenants shouldn\'t have to pay fees and, if they do, fees should be transparent and available online beforehand.

I purchased a property through Forbes and then rented it through them. Mark and Les are always available for help/advice and not once did I have an issue with them, in fact the opposite.
