I wanted to give this micro business a chance but ended up regretting it. I am a landlord in se12 Hither Green and had the unfortunate experience of getting involved with this bunch of cowboys. False promises and bad management forced me to stop using them as quickly as I could. They are not fully licensed by ARLA but are actually using their logo on their website tut tut tut. They have phoenixed several companies under different names which sums up their morals. Hate to say it but you are much better off going to a more well known larger company with more protection. Just my opinion. But you have been warned!!

Forbes and Sawyer have consistently refused to communicate in writing, around important issues such as tenancy renewal or house inspections. Tenants shouldn\'t have to pay fees and, if they do, fees should be transparent and available online beforehand.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
