It took over 8 years to get them to change the insurers who very expensive to one which was a lot more aligned to market rates. Unfortunately many of the leaseholders are elderly and want an easy life, so changing is not an easy proposition at the moment. Their time will come.

Washing machine broke down, we emailed them expecting them to get back to us within 24-48 hours. We concur with the above. They manage Felbridge Court i Harlington. In August a survey of the fire doors found that most were defective. Nothing was done. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
