The worst ever Estate or Property Management Company in the U.K. They don't have a clue about how to manage the properties.... We all Tenants are suffering in such a cold flats here with so much mould issues & they don't want to do anything about it.... damaged properties.... Rude Staff with no knowledge....

I concur with all comments. Melville staff are ignorant, rude, dismissive and arrogant. The manager of our block of flats has not even been to view the property she's managing. This makes it impossible to describe issues of concern. Frequently when we complain she (a school girl on work experience?) hasn't a clue what we are talking about. We are paying £8 grand for her useless services. Letters and emails are rarely if ever responded to. Even a solicitor's letter was ignored. There is little communication to residents about such things as fire safety, asbestos, or the terms of the Lease regarding noise etc. Recently drug dealers got in as tenants due to the leaseholder not doing criminal background checks, they were threatening to other residents, and they caused considerable criminal damage (which leaseholders have had to pay £7 grand to repair). Maintenance is so neglected that all flats are damp, cold, and some have toxic black mold, and they are all expensive to heat. We have no cavity wall insulation. We have CCTV which is not used. We have had three car thefts in the last few months. No-one was caught. Many of our fire doors are STILL defective even after Grenfell. Water leaks are never attended to and human waste has been leaking from one flat for months. Due to the total mismanagement and lack of maintenance this block is worse than a tenement slum.

We concur with the above. They manage Felbridge Court i Harlington. In August a survey of the fire doors found that most were defective. Nothing was done.
